Some wonderments of summer.

Zuchinni can be pretty. However..there are lots of minis of the fruit in there . stirfryed, choc. Z cake. lightly steamed,hotdish,Z sweetbread,muffins,more stirfry..then doorposts!

Looking into the kitchen from the diningroom. The base cabinets are installed. Yuk should have cleaned off the tops of cabinets b4 taking pics. The way we have been living so I dont see it anymore...YIKES.

A sample of countertop. It is called mauii quartz..Hubby says we get THAT and there will be NO MAUII. But after bringing the sample home..gotta get mauii quartz. other favorite was beach sand which i am sure would also be NO MAUII Hawaii can wait. I think... hmmmmm Really no choice.. it has to.

Weekends alway go by in a blur..it gets real quiet after family leaves,and we recoop..why does the recooping take longer than before???..SIGH...
The weekend was not spent all work and no play..Shannon made some wonderful time consuming danish to eat.
Gma and mom enjoyed lots of pool time with the lil ones..Daddy did too..Not gpa. The water was nice and warm.
Vernon, Evan, and Alan had a teetime in lewiston friday afternoon.
The bottle calf got fed, wild kittys found but not touchable.
As I post this it is trying to rain..come on..you can do it...keep it up..seems to only want to grumble and rumble. Never thought we would complain after the wet cold spring..but we are dry!

Long July 4th weekend.

Good thing the kids come home to help us get some work done in the yard..Guys went to get some sod..Nolan kept very busy with the green tractor and trailor getting the guys new pieces of sod.

Avrie and Sadie are best friends. Sadie follows her around..no wonder when Avrie hand feeds her the dogfood one piece at a time!

Gotta love the sweet williams this year from last years plants. Avrie was the perfect rock sitter to pose. No good eye contact with the photograper though.
