Xmas eve day.

Boys insist on getting the job done. so much work to do. and I am back in the house..brrrr

Grandpas are for REAL fort digging. Grandma was not making enough fast progress. And yes it is still snowing.

Something is amiss here

OK..something is wrong. The grill is covered with snow and the deck chaiselounge (which never got put away) has a blanket on as well. And the hammock between the PALMS..er PINES does not look inviting either.

Cheeks and other look alikes

Dad is the one on his daddys lap. That is so totally Tanner. The age of dad is 5 years and 1 month.

COLD & COLD

The effects of a cold and the cold. Tanner is getting a rare nap and he is the one with the cold and it is just plain cold outside. And beginning to snow of which we are to get 3-6.

Love keeping the home fires burning..ahhhhh..so nice and toasty on cold wintery days. Papa had to cut his nap short to go attend the cows..bed them down good so the elements are not too hard to take.

We went to Lorene and Vernons to bring mom back ..HOME.. Barely got supper out of the way and Lorene said I have lefse stirred up ready to roll. Vernon had a bad experience a few days prior so this time he got to do the rolling..and all went well. I see he still has on his sunday duds...haha..

He likes to see just how round and big he can go.. They were very thin,tender and oh just right!

Had hardly gotten the board off the counter as you can see and we were already devouring them..way to go gma!!!!

Completed tile

The tile is now complete. Hopefully one of the last messes. However the laundry room is waiting its turn for closet innards. Shelves,rod,hooks etc.and oh yes the basement which is not to be talked about..groan. That is where everything from upstairs went during the remodel. and unfortunately some still is. Goodwill box,dumpster box. Take to refashion pile...as in couch. But awaiting the new couch on order..not so patiently waiting anymore,it is being very slow. Tile we got at home depot.

Garage pets.

Sadie the one eyed dog and franklin the once city cat turned farm cat have taken a special liking to the garage this fall. Each has their own space. Franklin even has his own box..eww...and I thought I would never clean a litter box again..But I have a lil grand daughter who loves franklin. The things we do for those we love. If hubby misbehaves ever he even has room to be warm. ha..
